Accessibility

Effective date: July 20, 2026

Tu Lucha LLC (“Tu Lucha,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to ensuring that our website at www.tulucha.org (the “Site”) is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe that everyone deserves equal access to information about our mission and programs, and we are continually working to improve the experience for all visitors.

1. Our Commitment

We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, cognitive, motor, and neurological conditions. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we regard it as a continuous part of how we build and maintain the Site.

2. Measures We Take

To support accessibility, we work toward the following where reasonably practicable:

  • Providing text alternatives for meaningful images and non-text content;

  • Using clear headings, structure, and labels so content can be navigated with assistive technologies;

  • Maintaining sufficient color contrast for text and important visual elements;

  • Supporting keyboard navigation for interactive elements;

  • Respecting user preferences such as reduced motion where possible;

  • Reviewing new content and features with accessibility in mind.

3. Platform and Third-Party Content

The Site is built and hosted on the Squarespace platform, and some features and components are provided by Squarespace or other third parties, such as embedded videos, maps, social media feeds, and payment or donation tools. We do not control the accessibility of all third-party content, but we make reasonable efforts to select and configure features in an accessible way and to work with our providers on improvements.

4. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some content or features on the Site may not yet be fully accessible. We are actively working to identify and address these areas. If you encounter a barrier that is not listed here, please let us know so we can prioritize a fix.

5. Requesting Assistance or Accommodations

If you have difficulty accessing any part of the Site, need information in an alternative format, or would like to request an accommodation, please contact us and we will do our best to provide the information, service, or assistance you need through an accessible means. When you contact us, it helps to include the web address (URL) of the content, a description of the problem, and the assistive technology or browser you are using.
